• Collection of rental, outgoings and GST;

Bing Property Management will only engage the services of approved contractors. As a peace of mind and risk management strategy to our owner and tenant clients, all contractors engaged must supply all relevant licenses, tickets and OH&S Policy and Procedure manual to our office. Samples of JSA’s and SWMS are also required. All contractors must also hold current Public Liability insurance coverage for a minimum of $20,000,000.
